Welcome to Alderman Park
Mission Statement: To be a positive force that maintains and enhances a high standard of living in Alderman Park. Our goal is to achieve this through communication, education and utilization of all available community resources. We also provide encouragement for all to be good citizens by adhering to APCA codes.
The Alderman Park Civic Association represents the 815 homes that straddle Lone Star Road and Townsend Boulevard. The sub-division boundaries are roughly Townsend Boulevard near Terry Parker High School on the North to Townsend Boulevard at the Arlington Expressway to the South. The western boundary is near Tree Hill Nature Preserve on Lone Star Road and the eastern boundary is just past the old Arlington Middle School on Lone Star Road.
